I FINALLY got to meet Hudson when we went home for The Fourth! Hudson's dad, Guy has been one of my best friends since 6th grade. When we were in Middle School we would always get each other hats and shirts for each others birthday (we were cool and up on the latest fashions so this consisted of a lot of Stussy, Yaga and Mossimo...before Mossimo became cool again for Target). But the best gift has definitely been Christen, his wife! She is great and my family adores her as much as they do Guy. She was instantly adopted into the family and years ago would keep Syd while my family was out of town. Sydney ended up being their flower girl. It had been years since we had all seen each other. Christen and Hudson came over for dinner and later Guy joined us. We had a blast catching up and playing games, Guy impressively kept my entire family awake till about 1am (minus Amelia Bedelia).These were some of my favorite pics from the night.
