Last week was Fat Tuesday and in the Bender house we celebrate with breakfast for dinner (specifically waffles). Here's a few pictures from the festivities.
Harper, Jolene, Emrie and Gain brought their parents over. How cute is Harper in the rocking chair? The shopping cart was a big hit, I'm surprised I got a pic of Jo alone with it. Is that not the cutest smile ever! Emrie was ready (okay (817) people, Emrie is Blair Livingston and Kyle Wardlaw's little girl she's about a month older than A. Its been so fun to reconnect with them). And yes Gain is holding an Obama bobble head, which he call "O-ba-ma."
I've commented on Amelia's love for Gain. She took advantage of him wondering into the kitchen and cornered him. He was less thrilled to have so much of her attention, although he kindly gave into a hug when prompted by mom. God love her, chins and all!!!
Here she can be seen supplying Jo with chest compressions. Jo, un-phased with her friend's aid.
